I have recently built a WC wooden dummy. I have the book, and, I have studied under an WC instructor. But I was just wondering if anybody has any good ideas to help in memorizing the forms. Also when the form is memorized whet's next? developing the speed and power ?

Thanks& Best Regards

A college professor of mine used to quote what he said was an old Russian proverb: 'Repetition is the mother of learning.' Except that it was in Russian, like most old Russian proverbs. Maybe it doesn't always work; I don't seem to know much Russian anymore, but I don't have any better suggestions for you.

(I just noticed something: You have the book? The Wing Chun Book? Huh. Whatever works for you, I guess. I think if I had written the book, I'd have called it 'Dummies for Dummies.' I'd have gotten sued, but it's such a good titile it would almost be worth it.)
