I signed up for the Dojang Digest. And it took me all of two days to unsubscribe. Here's the problem: continual emails approximately every hour or two.... As soon as someone responds to a post, you get another email. As a TKDer, I would LOVE to receive this type of information, just tone down on the rate of delivery.

Two to three emails per day is the average for the list, which is the pace that most prefer.

Hi...Okay, 2 or 3 emails a day, and if I don't get the chance to check my mail for 2 or 3 days, would I want all that clutter? There is good info on that mailing list, and I would like to be a part, but come on..... One update a day would be sufficient.

Yep, I guess it isn't for you, then. We have to tune it for the average subscriber.

Take care.

Traditionally, mailing lists have always worked because just about everyone was on a Unix system, where mail filters are very easy to set up...it seems likely that similar software should exist for a Windows machine (which it looks like you're posting from). I don't know how to make whatever mail reader you're using sort mail, ask your local expert; I just wanted to publicly mock Microsoft for making a problem out of something that ought to be very easy.
