San Jose Mercury news will be visiting Serrada Eskrima class Monday morning, July 17, at 8 am, in Santa Clara. If there is any good Serrada eskrima expert contact me. I will be demo'ing with two of my students. regards

Where do you teach? Do you know of any eskrima or arnis classes here in the East Bay? I saw this show in TLC about martial arts and it featured 2 Filipinos. Unfortunately, their names escape me. One was an old man who passed away last year. The other still teaches in New York and his techniques are being taught in the NYPD. I find these ancient Pinoy martial arts intriguing. Something we can be proud of.

Does anyone know of an Escrima expert in the San Jose area that goes by the nickname 'Chief'? I took a seminar from him once and now that I've moved down to the South Bay, am looking to take more classes.
