Last Night, I punched while spinning around, and did front stretch kicks, side stretch kicks, and back stretch kicks. I also practiced blocking punches and round kicks.

On June 29, I did a lot of front kicks, side kicks, back kicks, and round kicks. I lay on my side and did side kicks, and got on my hands and knees and did back kicks and round kicks. On June 28, I did sit ups with my legs strait up in the air, and did sit ups with my legs in the air and spread apart.

I think something we all forget is that for some people any kind of physical activity is better than no activity at all. For some people even just getting out and doing something is a good start and I hate to see us all jump on this guy for being excited just about getting out and doing something. If he's happy and enjoying what he is doing and making some kind, any kind, of progress then who are we to say anything about the the journey he is having and obviously enjoying. So power to you Tim. I hope you are enjoying what you are doing and having fun. I hope that you feel you are progressing to be where you'd like to be and meeting and passing goals you thought you'd never get past.
