I think that all things that are physical, that we want to learn, we need some guiding as to how things are done in the right way. At least when you begin. Seeing it in books or instructional videos is not good enough.

To really not train as in with someone that knows. It is like not really finding out what or how to do stuff. You just keep doing bad things and start thinking you know more than you know take this guy:
