If a person has 3 times your muscle mass and your want to maintain Kesa, Mount and Knee ride on him.

What are the key points or principles we should follow to make our job easier and to make his escape harder?

My opinion is to switch from these 3 and side control depending on how he escape you. So I believe it is a match of sensitivity, timing, speed and strength, and my objective is to make him more tired then me until he give up.

So while I switch from these 3, side control and north & sourth I will punish his face from time to time with elbow and knee and choke to keep him busy. I believe this is one of the strategy to make it harder for him to escape.

I believe to show you are truely master of controlling an opponent 3 times your muscle mass is a stronge indication you are a true master of the techniques because it's harder to control him than to submite him with choke.

You can't.

Gain muscle mass.

That is best.

Next time, write 25% more muscle mass,3 times my muscle would make my opponent the strongest guy in the world. In which case holding him down would be impossible. And I know if I fought an average strength woman, all the technique in the world wouldnt save her.

This reminds me of an experience I had a year ago. It was a submissions fighting seminar at Frank Shamrock's gym in San Jose. Mostly basic stuff, geared toward stand-up fighters looking to pick up some ground fighting tricks. At the end of the day, Frank took on all comers in randori, BJJ style rules (though no one was in a gi). He fought about 12 matches, each about 2 minutes. Outstanding conditioning, no question. Anyway, a couple of the challengers were much bigger, one was about 280. Those matches, he didn't force anything, just wore them out till they offered no resistance. He was actually kidding them while wrestling, 'Big guys get tired! Big guys can't get enough oxygen!' Good natured though. So you're in good company, Mr. Allen.
