Hey, anyone bought the Gracie Total Defense CD-Rom? Just wanted some comments. It's only $34.95.

I have seen it and was not very impressed. $35 is probably better spent toward some private lessons or videos.

I'm not sure if this went through the first time. I have seen the CD and was not real impressed. I think $35 would be better spent toward a private lesson or videos.

I've got the CD, it's nice. and yes it is basics, but it's better to start w/ the basics and build up. it shows about three different arm locks, and a few chokes, clinching basics and maintaining mount, escaping headlocks, etc... it's nice probably a better value than what you would get if you spent the money on a video.
