WOW! The dolts at the villari website finally figured how to stop me posting the messages of how villari sold me a franchise without registering it [thereby violating federal franchise law] and bled me dry in the school. I dropped the lawsuit in exchange for a judgement he signed for $18,000. He promptly defaulted and told my lawyer I could go and fornicate myself.

Anybody want to study at a villari school?

Why can't fred villari just be a man of his word and make payment on the judgement?

You'd 'appreciate' if no one knew what type of person fred villari is. Declaring bankruptcy would be one thing. But fred didn't do that. Instead, fred told my lawyer I could go and F**K myself.

Hey, isn't one of those 5 rules posted on the wall about character?

I don't know if you are merely the webmaster, or part of the villari organization also. But when you get involved with villari don't expect his word to mean anything.

My previous offer stands. I will be magnamious and let fred off the hook for a payment of $10,000, and I will sign a cease and desist. I will drop the subject. Contact me via e-mail if fred will make good on his signature. If not, then I hope no parent sends their kids to a school where the top person behaves as he did.

Just one more point, since I don't trust the villari group.

My father in-law is a 1st grade NYPD detective on the Major Case Squad. He works with the FBI and Custom on a regular basis. Should anything happen to me, he will be certain to unleash hell in finding who did it.

I am writing this post because I feel it is time the truth be known, even at the probable loss of my friend, who seems to have gone off the deep-end. I have known Steven Conlon (aka. Mike Walsh) for quite some time now. Back in the 90's Steve had a serious issue with a Tae Kwon Do instructor and his wife. There was an affair between the local Tae Kwon Do instructor in New Jersey and his wife. Thus this made him very bitter toward martial arts in general. The unfortunate issue this also presented is that Steve owned his own martial arts school under the name Villari's Self Defense Centers. Steve, after getting wind of his cheating wife and failing business, tried to get a few of the Villari instructors to deal with the Tae Kwon Do instructor. Steve did not want this affair to continue and wanted the instructor dealt with promptly. One of the instructors, that I personally know of, refused him of the services he was requesting. Steve wanted to fight the Tae Kwon Do instructor but felt that the instructors skill was too great for him to handle. With a failing business and a crushed ego, he confided in me that his only option was to sue Fred Villari personally, for not allowing his instructors to assist in his 'Time of Crisis'. Though I have had my own personal conflict with a personality clash with another Villari instructor, I feel that Steve was trying to take the blame to Fred Villari because nobody from Villari's was willing to assist him. I feel so sorry Steve, a very good man and friend, has become overwhelmed with his emotions and hatred that he has had and try and take out all his aggressions against the wrong persons. I also feel that Steve should have handled his issue himself or dumped and divorced his cheating wife. I know the feeling of a cheating wife, and sometimes you just have to let it go, no matter how much it hurts. Its a painful experience to have the one you so dearly love, cheat on you.

...at this point I was going to say that he should have just kicked the TKD guy's ass. However as was pointed out to me in a private e-mail this is Villari Kempo. Not that I have experience in it but I'm just going by what I heard.
