I'm thinking about buying a Flexmaster II to help increase my flexibility. Has anybody ever used one? The questions that I have are: - Does it really work to improve flexibility in less time? - Does it help improve kicking techniques? - How long do they last before they break down?
I'm trying to decide if its worth the money.
Thanks.

Dude,
I've never used one but I wouldn't bother. It's really easy to be able to create a stretch. Get your girlfriend to push you a bit further once you have the stretch on. The mechanics of those devices don't look impressive to me. Once the stretch is happening, you should be putting your weight into it to increase it, not turning a mechanical wheel.
