The facts, noone burst into any seminar. Anyone there had been invited. Noone paired up with anyone deliberately and noone mounted any smear campaign. This little affair was for the ebnefit of the 'in' crowd only and most 'outsiders, 'CMCers', were not treated quite so well. When this was made an issue, things turned south.

Mario, um, I mean 'John from Nyack', this is the THIRD time now that you admitted your buttboys behaved badly and created a disturbance at an event they were only 'guests' at. At the very least, charges of disturbing the peace would apply. If any of the 'shoving' crossed the line from bad push-hands to physical intimidation off the mat, then its definitely third degree assault charges. Sorry, but being an 'invited guests' does not entitle your buttboys to disrupt an event. Keep on making the case against yourself, its pretty **** amusing.

'monkeyboy's' admissions here are just reinforcement for finding for claims against them- I'm beginning to believe that he is actually feeding information against his enemies. He can't possibly be their friend; with help like this, they should fall back on flailing their arms about madly and making rude chicken noises. This is wonderful stuff- must be the same strategists that talked Bill into making a signed, dated, videotaped deposition type statement filled with malicious libel- it probably takes at least two of them to come up with something this entirely stupid. Their mailing list may have been as many as 3500 or more. Add to that the fact that they solicited re-publication and made it available worldwide. They sent malicious libel over the 'wire' and through the US mail, by spoken slander and signed, written documents.

Are we back to this again? You'd think Miller and Napoli would be trying to NOT talk about all of this. Miller was ostensibly outraged because I said he doesn't do Taiji. He proved he doesn't on tape.

In fact, even though Miller ASKED to be allowed to judge at ATOC, he wasn't allowed to.... people there don't think he does Taiji either, and they're not even friends of mine. What do you do when you're not allowed to officiate or demonstrate at the oldest Taiji tournament because they don't think you do Taiji? Well, naturally, you begin to think how they must be wrong, etc.,, etc., yada, yada, yada, and all those people are just making it up because they're jealous. :^))))

Napoli is in the same boat. The people who run A Taste of China have told him numerous times that what he does is not Taiji..... and he pouted this year and sat it out because he can only figure that they're picking on him. He can't even begin to consider, with his fat ego, that everyone is telling him the truth. Maybe he can start a new martial art where you scrabble and grunt with Mario timing 3 minutes and telling everyone that even though it looks like wrestling there's hidden skill no one can see. What a joke.

So Miller is caught. He needs a new way to make a living. No one, except for a few east coasters who also can't do Taiji, thinks he does Taiji. And he's got another problem where he needs to be looking for another way to make a living, but we won't go into that just yet.

Oh.... and worse yet... all the 'supporters' of these guys are careful to remain anonymous just in case it's as bad as everyone is saying. What conviction.
