I recommend you swing by misc.fitness.weights.

Short answer:

* Bench Press (or Push-Ups) * One-Arm Row * Overhead Press * Chin-Ups (or more Row)

Do a warm-up set or two followed by a work set or two, 8 to 12 reps, two or three times a week. That should get you started.

Welcome to sweat and metal.

Chest (pecs): bench press and flys.

Shoulders (delts): lateral raises front, side, back, and military press

Arms: biceps=curls, triceps=french press (emphasize for m.a.), forearms=reverse curls and wrist rolls

Back (lats): bent over rowing

Go to the local book store and leaf throught the muscle mags. Go the the library and check out a few weight lifting books.

Good luck.
