Points from the mat

  • Pull down opponent by grabbing his palm and than cross grab his elbow and pull to your chest.
  • Once down, to strengthen grab use other hand to grab opponent’s cross shoulder blade and pull down, optionally also cross choke.

Armbar from guard using momentum, above points relevant

Possible armbar from guard and overhook with an option to triangle choke.
