A friend of mine is very interested in beginning martial arts training in the Houston, Texas area.

Can anyone highly recommend good Aikido or Jujutsu dojos in Houston that emphasize quality over quantity.

thanks,

I can. I am in the Houston area.

He can try http://houstonbudokan.com/ This is run by Darrel Craig. I personally know its good stuff. I used to chat with one of his Godan's in Kendo Lanny Morton. Its a cool place. I highly recommand it. If he runs into Lanny tell him Brian Kent says hi.
http://www.ronindojo.com/ Never been hear just heard it was okay.

Might find more later, I'll ask my friends. But the Budokan is what I think would be best. Just from conversations with Morton-sensei I will be attending the school in the future myself when I can.
